We at CG Hosting strive to offer our customers quality products at the best possible prices. In order to continue this practice accompanied by "SERVICE" "SERVICE" "SERVICE", we have found it necessary to implement a straight forward Hosting Payment Policy.
Hosting Payment Policy
Payments are due on the date stated on the invoice. Late Payments are subject to the following:
Not received by the due date: FTP service may be terminated.
Seven (7) days after the due date, your site IP will be taken down.
Ten (10) days after the due date, your IP will taken off our servers
Re-Activation for Late Accounts:
Late Payments received before the Seventh (7th)day will have their FTP re-activated by the end of the next business day.
Late Payments received after the Seventh (7th) day will be charged an additional technical fee of $25.00 USD or one month's hosting fee, which ever is greater.
Late Payment received after the Tenth (10th) day will be subject to the following:
Four (4) month deposit equating to three months of Hosting plus one month non-refundable security
A re-activation fee equal $25.00 USD or one month's hosting fee, which ever is greater. All late payments are subject to Interest in the amount of 1.5% per month or portion thereof.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Hosting Customers:
Accounts requested before 8 AM PST of the business day will be activated that day. As such, Cancellation is required before 12 PM PST. Cancellation after 12PM (noon-PST) will incur a Tech fee in the amount of $15.00 USD
Hosting request made after noon of the business day will not be activated until the following business day. Cancellation of orders placed after 12PM PST is required before 10 PM PST of the order placed day. Non-Negotiated Cheques (checks):
Should you happen to have the misfortune of providing payment by Cheque (check) and it is not honoured upon deposit, "CG" will contact you via e-mail and expect a CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT for the amount plus $25.00 service fee within 7 days of the e-mail being sent to you. Failure to meet this time frame will terminate your account and it may be dealt with by an outside agency.
